Job Details For Operations Engineer
Job Title:

Operations Engineer
Description: Operations Engineer is to

-Coordinate all phases of completion and workover operations including onsite supervision of stimulation/completion activities.

-Design and implement vertical and horizontal well completions in an assigned field.

-Coordinate daily field operations with production superintendents and production foremen.

-Prepare completion procedures and cost estimates for new well completions.

-Generate recompletion recommendations.

-Supervise field applications relating to hydraulic fracturing, wireline, coiled tubing, and perforating.

-Design and coordinate all phases of recompletion and workover operations.

-Review field cost estimates and monthly accrual reporting.

-Participate in special projects and perform post completion stimulation and production analysis.

-Perform basic reserve estimation (material balance, decline curve, etc.)

-Analyze, interpret and optimize the performance of individual wells

-Perform open hole and cased hole log evaluation.

-Monitor well performance and lease operating expenses.
Skills: field review   fields operations   Software experience with the following : PowerTools, Perform (NODAL analysis), fracture modeling
