Job Title:	B2B Sales Associates
Description:	Social Circle, concentrates solely on small to medium sized business' and helps them compete with larger organizations, and evening out the playing field when it comes to online searches and being found in their local areas. What our company does for our customers: Directory Listings: We get our customers found on online directories and search engines We list our customers on 3 directories per day, to ensure constant movement with web crawlers/searchbots We list 1 directory manually (ranks higher) and 2 directories automated Some of the major directories we list on are: Google, Yahoo, Bing, Dex, Citysearch, Localeze, MojoPages, etc We also get business' listed on smart phone applications, and GPS devices Custom Graphics: Logo Design Printable Coupons Social Networking: Facebook Twitter YouTube (Basic video) Blogs LinkedIn Daily Deals: We provide a daily deal site, and deal feed page to where all business' can post deals at a small percentage, and no contracts Basic Landing Page: Set up for customers who do not have websites - utilizing social-circle.com backlinks Offsite SEO: We will provide customers with ranking tools, search engine optimization, keywords, etc to help grow their online presence Website Reviews: We will crawl their website for broken links, errors, etc, as well as search competitors sites to see which content/keywords are ranking high and implement on with customers to ensure higher rankings. Reporting: We provide our customers with detailed reports on rankings, keywords, content, and how they are fairing with competition Basic Website Design: (Not part of basic plan) We will design basic website for customers who do not already have one, and do not want to utilize free landing page. We will register domain for one year We will host domain for one year Pricing for our plans: Basic = $99 p/m Premium = $199 p/m Website + Basic = $750 for 1 year Our websites: www.social-circle.biz (corporate site) www.social-circle.com (deal feed site, linked to facebook application) www.deals.social-circle.com (daily deals site) What we pay our sales reps: Our sales reps are on 100% commission basis. For every sale made, and verified - Sales rep will be paid $200 commission within 1 business day of sale, if not same day All commissions are paid via direct deposit.
Skills:	Must be a High School graduate. 2-3 years successful sales experience is ideal. Self-motivated, competitive and goal oriented. Develop relationships with the key personnel / decision maker(s) at accounts.
